Cole Bevel - Managing Partner
As Founder, Cole brings a well-suited business style to the merchant services industry. Blending his business background with a balanced sense of humor and determination, Cole assures his MerchantsXL clients of a comfortable and enthusiastic transaction process. "No matter what the challenge, clients can expect me to be forthright in finding the right solution." Cole has a deep understanding of the merchant services industry and balances his business with a personal relationship-based approach. As a native Nevadan and UNR graduate, Cole has an insightful understanding of the benefits of investing in the region. Good natured and well-grounded, Cole strives to continually influence those around him to have a proactive role within the community. Out of the office, Cole's main motivation is raising his son Jaden, and you can find him out in the community appreciating the outdoors, on the golf course, or at different events supporting the Wolf Pack and local community organizations. Jeff Lenardson - Managing Partner
Jeff is a perennial entrepreneur and current CEO of DFL Capital, a consulting firm that specializes in business turn-around and C-level business consulting and Directorships. Mr. Lenardson has built and sold several companies and has also been involved in several M&A transactions at the board level, investment level, and the advisory level. His businesses have included a Computer Networking firm that was sold to a Fortune 50 company, a Computer Software company that was sold to a Global Firm going public, and most recently a broadcast integration firm that designed and built Television studios. Mr. Lenardson has consulted with companies in the areas of technology, medical devices, real estate, actions sports and even educational companies. Mr. Lenardson prides himself on creating process and Operational and Financial efficiencies that will provide a platform for growth and scalability to create highly profitable companies. Mr. Lenardson is involved in many Philanthropic events and his personal interests include Skiing, Mountain Biking, Boating, and Off-Road sports. Born and raised outside Denver Colorado, Jeff now splits his time between Reno/Lake Tahoe, Nevada and Huntington Beach, California with his wife and three children. His accolades include:

Brian Lenardson - Partner
As a new resident to the Reno/Tahoe area, Brian brings many years of his entrepreneurial expertise and management experience to MerchantsXL from Golden, Colorado. After successfully owning and operating his own painting business since 1994, Brian decided a change of scenery was in order and brought his outdoorsman spirit to our area to embrace a new industry. Lenardson was previously a Junior Partner for the company, overseeing the outside sales department in Northern Nevada. Since, his new role will involve training new team members in Nevada, California, and Colorado, as well as overseeing sales in the western region of the U.S. With his tireless work ethic, Brian has also gone through a rigorous 798 hour massage expert training course, graduating at the top of his class with a 3.9 GPA, taking it a step further by developing a 750 hour massage course and having it implemented by the Colorado Division of Private Occupational Schools, and ending his tenure there as the Director of Education. A devoted outdoorsman, Brian enjoys snowboarding, white water rafting, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. He has an accomplished climbing resume with a 17,825 foot volcano in Mexico under his belt, as well as having summated eighteen of the 14,000+ foot mountains in Colorado. Brian is currently a part of Project GO, a local non-profit organization that involves turning kids onto a healthier outlook on life through the outdoors, which he underwent a rigorous 14 day raft guide training program. Brian currently resides in South Reno with his girlfriend and they are in the process of starting a family together.
